Survived the famed Prague pub crawl last night with Kat, Theresa, Frankie and around 200 other partygoers. I’m relieved to have gotten through it relatively unscathed, with only sore feet to deal with today (much more preferable than a sore head).
For those who haven’t experienced this madness/brilliance, the pub crawl is a must do when in Prague. Just be prepared to hold your liquor – it flows very freely and in plentiful supply for the mere price of 20€.
After surviving 3 bars (the first with unlimited beers and vodka/absinthe shots, the next 2 where you’re required to take a tequila shot as you walk through the door), the crawl eventually took us to Karlovy Lazne, the 5 storey club by Charles Bridge. Lots of fun, much better than expected for a Wednesday night. Our gabber king, Frankie, drew quite a fan base, to the point where everyone around us didn’t want him to leave when we decided to call it a night lol. And a night out in Europe isn’t complete without hearing Lean On (major lazer & dj snake) at least once; all those in Europe right now will understand what I mean!
This morning, I bid farewell to Theresa and Frankie for the next year as we parted ways to head over to Croatia. Warmer days ahead!
